This post is about a question i googled but never found the answer online ,Even in Du -Official community pages. The Question is, How to speak to someone on Du customer care instead of automated responses. As of 01-June -2018 You can speak to a Du-customer care executive by following the below mentioned steps. 1. Call 155 (Du Customer Service Toll Free Number.) 2. Follow the instructions and after entering the main menu.       -Select option 1 for mobile services       -Select option 1 again for details regarding the same number you are calling from 3. Select option 5 in the main main menu 4. Select option 5 (Billing support) in the sub menu 5. Then select option 0 to talk to a customer service representative.
